Learning from overload
There was a time when I said yes to almost everything. More projects, more websites, more clients – it sounded like growth, but in reality, it was chaos. Quality suffered, and so did the fun of building something meaningful.
The turning point
Somewhere around project number one-hundred-something, I realized: I don’t want to just produce. I want to create. That meant slowing down, choosing projects more carefully, and investing more time into the details that actually matter for clients – performance, conversions, long-term stability.
Why fewer is better
- Better results: More time per project leads to stronger outcomes.
- Happier clients: Quality creates trust and long-term relationships.
- Personal growth: Each project becomes a challenge, not just a task.
The lesson
For me, success doesn’t mean chasing as many projects as possible. It means choosing the right ones – and doing them well. That’s the path I want to keep following: from quantity to quality.
