What agency life feels like
Working in an agency means one thing above all: speed. Projects rarely wait, clients expect results yesterday, and the to-do list never really ends. At first, it felt overwhelming β but over time, I realized itβs also the perfect training ground. You learn to prioritize, to stay calm under pressure, and to ship good work even when the clock is ticking.
Deadlines vs. creativity
The hardest part? Balancing deadlines with creativity. Great ideas donβt always fit into a timebox. But the trick is to channel creativity into small, impactful details: a smoother checkout, a faster site, a better design element. In the end, those details add up and make the difference.
What I take from it
Agency life isnβt for everyone. It can be stressful, even chaotic. But for me, it sharpened my skills like nothing else. It taught me to handle pressure, to collaborate across teams, and to push WordPress and WooCommerce to their limits. Looking back, those years were intense β but they made me the developer I am today.
